The friendliness of the staff, the design of the hotel, and the food were all excellent. The price of the hotel was reasonable even though it was located in the center and had good facilities, and it even provided vouchers to order drinks and food for dinner and breakfast, which made me feel very satisfied. The quality of the food was also very good. Especially I would like to say thank you to Leslie who assisted us when we checked in. She made a very good impression already before we've got the room. All famous places were close to the hotel, and the subway and train station were right next to the hotel, so there was no need to use Uber like in other cities. The airport was also a 15-20 minute drive away. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is very clean and a short walk to many nice restaurants next to the sea.

This boutique hotel was perfect and exactly what we needed for a stay in San Diego. The location in the Gaslamp quarter was perfect with easy access to restaurants as well as the Embarcadero. The staff was all friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The room was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space. We were easily able to request a mini fridge and microwave which was incredibly helpful. The bonus items included in the destination fee were nice perks.

I booked the standard king room, though a bit small, it was clean and cozy. We upgraded to a Suite which was the perfect size for us, and we loved that they use Le Labo Santal 33 for the bathroom supplies. Our overall experience was 10/10, and I will definitely book here again 😊

The room was quite (no doors in hallways were heard), and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food was great for both dinner and breakfast. AND I squealed with delight when I saw they had Le Labo's Santal 33 as their bathroom products!
